The world according to Andrea

gag gift

on June 16, 2010

We were invited to help celebrate our friend Brent’s 40th birthday.  The invitation said “gag gifts only”.

You know I love a gag gift.

However, many of the gag gifts that I’ve seen can be pricey and wasteful because the person can’t really “use” it.  I came up with a great little gag gift that can be used and was inexpensive.

Ok, I had help from the internet.

I got 40 suckers and put them in a celophane bag.  I made a tag for it on my computer, “40 sucks” with a little saying at the bottom, “growing old is mandatory…growing up is optional”.

I think that my gift was the most creative.  In my opinion.
